Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Insight Analyst to join our data-driven Analytics department.

This role supports the Grosvenor venue business by providing customer analytics and actionable insights to inform commercial decisions such as acquisition, CRM, cross-sell strategies, churn, and customer behavior.

Core responsibilities

1. Customer insights: Analyze dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
2. Customer behavior analysis & modelling: Conduct deep dives into customer data, investigate retention drivers, and develop predictive models.
3. Segmentation analysis & reporting: Maintain customer segmentations and develop strategies based on insights.
4. Venue & Channel Analytics: Provide insights across venues and marketing channels to inform strategies.
5. Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Commercial teams, presenting findings and strategies.
6. Visualization and storytelling: Create visualizations and narratives to communicate complex data clearly.
7. Champion customer centricity: Promote a customer-focused approach in decision-making.
8. Mentorship: Guide junior analysts.
9. Ad-hoc analysis: Support various departments with specific insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., STEM, Maths, Statistics) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in an analytical role, preferably in gambling or gaming.
• Proficiency in SQL and one or more: Python, R, SAS.
• Knowledge of Data visualization tools, preferably PowerBI.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate into insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for learning new technologies and data models.
