Job Description

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and delivering impactful insights? Join our centralised Analytics department as a Senior Insight Analyst and play a vital role in shaping strategy across Marketing, Customer Insights, and Safer Gambling.

In this position, you'll support our Digital business by providing actionable analyses that drive key commercial decisions in areas such as acquisition, CRM and loyalty programs, cross-sell strategies, churn, and customer behaviour. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify trends, improve customer engagement, and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor business performance and identify areas for deeper analysis.
  • Utilise customer and transactional data to unlock revenue opportunities and extend customer lifetime value.
  • Ensure data-driven initiatives are tested, optimised, and automated for efficiency.
  • Analyse campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities to measure success and provide optimisation strategies.
  • Present insights to key stakeholders and collaborate on strategies to drive business performance.
Qualifications
  • Industry experience within gambling or gaming is preferable.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or one of the following: Python, R, SAS is essential.
  • Demonstrable commercial experience, having worked and supported commercial teams.
  • Experience working in an analytical role.
  • Knowledge of Data visualisation software, Power BI preferrable
  • Ability to analyse large sets and translate them into insights and actionable business recommendations
  • Great communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
