Job summary

Devon and Cornwall Police in Exeter is seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to lead and oversee performance and strategic analysis across the organisation. You will work with senior leaders and partners to develop innovative analytical approaches and deliver evidence-based insights to enhance policing outcomes.

The role offers hybrid working with the HQ in Exeter, flexible home-based days, and a generous benefits package including pension, parking and gym access.

Job description

Salary £50,949 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £55,944 per annum + Excellent Benefits including Government Pension

Type of employment: Permanent

Hours per week: this role is 37 hours per week. However, we welcome applications from individuals wishing to work on a part-time basis and we are willing to consider flexible working patterns subject to business need

As the Senior Insight Analyst you would be responsible for directing, managing and supervising the delivery of performance and strategic analysis within the organisation. You would be working with Senior leaders across policing, partner organisations, government, academia and industry to develop effective and innovative analytical approaches to deliver evidence based insights. As a ‘hybrid worker’ you would have our HQ in Exeter as your base with the choice of working from home up to 3 days a week.
