Role overview
Sitting within Customer Operations, this role will enable the call centre operation to make informed decisions faster, through the provision of high quality dashboards, reporting and MI. You'll be maintaining, continually improving and developing the suite of reporting available to contact centre management and deliver critical insights so that Hastings Direct can achieve our goals efficiently and effectively.
