Qualifications
- Experience in strategy, growth or innovation roles within corporate or start-up settings.
- Ability to build board-ready business cases and influence investment decisions.
- Proven track record applying AI/automation to improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead BT's innovation strategy across growth themes and frontier tech.
- Develop product roadmaps and commercial plans to drive recurring revenue.
- Create investment-ready business cases and ROI analyses for portfolio decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership across BT units to align priorities and execution.
