Turner & Townsend in the South West is seeking Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join our expanding Infrastructure team, with roles based in Bristol, Cardiff and the wider region.

You will lead multi-disciplinary delivery on NEC PSC and ECC contracts, manage stakeholders, mentor teams, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for clients. The role offers exposure to high-profile schemes, UK-wide opportunities, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering medium to large teams across multiple work streams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse client and partner stakeholders.
• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
• Experience delivering projects in technically complex environments with safety and environmental responsibility.
• Analytical and numerical skills to shape complex problems into delivery solutions.
• Ability to present written outputs and participate in senior client meetings.

Responsabilités

• Manage NEC PSC and/or ECC contracts; ensure contractual compliance.
• Lead and develop project teams or streams within larger projects.
• Deliver high-quality outputs for client assignments on time.
• Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Develop solutions and support tools/methods; liaise with service line teams and specialists.
