Job summary

Turner Townsend is seeking Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support high-profile infrastructure projects across the South West, including Cardiff, Bristol and surrounding areas. This role involves NEC PSC and ECC contract management, leading diverse teams, and delivering safe, high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing medium to large sized teams as part of a blended effort working alongside other organisations
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities across clients and partner organisations
• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders and manage cross functional projects
• Ability to deliver projects within a technically complex environment whilst ensuring high levels of safety and environmental responsibility
• Strong analytical and numerical skills / flexibility to understand complex problems and shape these into workable solutions for delivery
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality output against stated business and technical project objectives and meet tight deadlines safely
• Ability to maintain momentum, support colleagues and deliver successful outcomes in challenging project environments
• Strong understanding of the project controls disciplines such as planning, risk and change with the ability to interpret the information they provide and support insightful reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage NEC PSC and ECC contracts
• Lead and develop project teams or work streams and deliver results
• Ensure high quality delivery on client assignments
• Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients
• Develop solutions and supporting tools and methods
• Liaise with service line teams, account teams and functional specialists
• Communicate effectively with an emphasis on collaborative and quality delivery
