Description
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join the Assets and Estates team.
This role and its outputs will have a lasting impact on shaping the future of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. You will work on a number of projects which aim to make improvements to the Park, its operations and the wider estate.
You will be responsible for key projects such as the delivery of the Green Spine, which will enhance an existing setting through improved accessibility, activation and green space and overall creating a better experience for Park users. You will also work closely with and manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver and further complex programs.

To succeed, you will be an expert in project management and its methodologies. You enjoying working on projects with a high degree of uncertainty, and are politically sensitive with complex stakeholders.
You might have worked in a project management role in the transport, development, or regeneration sectors in the past. You have developed procedures and processes to meet these unique needs. You are pragmatic and business focused with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You are output driven with a determination to succeed.

- The salary for this post is £57,075 per annum. LLDC operates a performance-based incremental pay scale.
- The probationary period for this post is for 3 months. Upon successful completion of the probation period, confirmation of employment will be given, and the notice period will be three months.
- This is a fixed term opportunity for a period of 12 months.
- This is full time position, working 37 hours per week.
