Qualifications

• Significant experience managing multiple disciplines / teams / advisors / clients on infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership skills, capable of setting high standards and managing performance against these.
• Leads and is accountable for the health, safety, and wellbeing of those within your sphere of responsibility, with practical CDM knowledge.
• Ability to anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions, innovating as necessary.
• Promoter of inclusive teamwork, building and fostering trust with empathy, diving a 'one business' collaboration mindset.
• Foster client and industry partnerships, developing and growing relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities.
