Job summary

enable-infrastructure is seeking a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager to lead civils infrastructure projects nationwide. You will own the P&L and client relationships, operating with a regional team to deliver safe, profitable outcomes across power, rail, DNO, renewables and ICP works.

The role requires a strong track record (10+ years) delivering multi-disciplinary civils projects, with senior client facing responsibilities and a deep knowledge of NEC contracts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of delivering multi-disciplinary civils projects across power, utilities or rail sectors.
• Evidence of P&L or commercial accountability at regional or portfolio level (£15m+ turnover).
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, JCT, and utility framework contracting.
• Recognised technical qualification (HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent).
• SMSTS, CSCS (Manager/Professional level), and full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Operational Delivery & Leadership across civils portfolio.
• Commercial & Financial Management (P&L Ownership).
• Sector-Specific Delivery across power, rail, DNO, renewables, and ICP works.
• Client & Stakeholder Management at varying seniority levels.

• Collaboration with other departments to share delivery and technical expertise.
