ENGSTAFF-IN is seeking a Senior Planner to join its Infrastructure team, delivering major high-value projects across the South West. You will lead planning and programming across PQQs, tenders and live projects, shaping strategies and providing delivery certainty.

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Planner to join the Infrastructure team of one of the UK’s largest and most established Tier 1 contractors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious planning professional to join a business delivering major, high-value infrastructure projects across the South West, with a strong pipeline of work and significant exposure across the water and wider infrastructure sectors.
You’ll play a key role across projects from pre-qualification and tender stage through to delivery and completion, working closely with bid, design, commercial and operational teams to develop robust programmes, shape project strategies and provide greater certainty around delivery.
This is a role where your planning expertise will have genuine influence, rather than simply being focused on maintaining programmes.
You’ll be responsible for leading planning and programming activities across major infrastructure projects, providing both pre-contract and live project planning expertise.

We’re looking for an experienced planning professional with a strong background within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or water.
You’ll ideally have:
CIOB, ICE or APM membership, or working towards membership, would be advantageous.
