Job summary

Taylor Root is seeking an Infrastructure Finance Senior Associate with 5-7 years’ PQE to join a global law firm’s financing practice in the UK. The role focuses on infrastructure lending, project finance and related cross-border work, advising on complex financing structures alongside top-tier clients.

The successful candidate will draft, negotiate and manage documentation across major assets and PPP projects, providing strategic commercial judgment in high-value matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 5-7 years’ PQE in banking or finance.
• Solid experience in infrastructure finance and/or project finance at a top-tier or international law firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills for complex finance documents.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and manage financing documentation for infrastructure transactions.
• Support cross-border financings and multi-source security packages.
• Advise on structuring and securing syndicated loans, project finance facilities, PPP/PFI arrangements.
