We’re looking for multipleInfrastructure Engineering Leadsto join our Chief Security Office and drive the evolution of secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure across our hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

What You'll Do
- Providetechnical leadershipto a team of engineers and strategic oversight for secure infrastructure across our security engineering labs and products.
- Shape and lead the infrastructure and security strategy and the technical roadmaps across the teams.
- Lead thedesign and implementation of scalable, secure, and compliant cloud and third-party solutions, collaborating across engineering, security, and business teams.
- ChampionDevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native tooling to enhance posture and reduce friction.
- Ensure operational coverage, whilst driving automation and innovation using modern engineering practices such as Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code and engineering delivery and maintaining platform security posture.
- Incorporate best practices in network security, web application protection, and zero trust architecture to strengthen defence-in-depth strategies.
- Design and deploy Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) and security controls to protect modern applications from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Guide theintegration of AI and analyticsinto security operations working with data scientists and AI engineers.
- Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
What You'll Need
We’re looking for a
leader with a strong technical foundation and proven experience in:
Cloud Platforms & Infrastructure
- Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- DevOps & IaC: Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Git
- Container security: Kubernetes (K8s)
Security & Compliance
- Cloud and application security: Cloud posture management tools (e.g. Azure Dender, GCP SCCE), WAFs (e.g. Azure WAF, Cloud Armor AWS WAF), and protection against OWASP Top 10 and emerging threats.
- Network & infrastructure security: Network security principles (e.g. segmentation, monitoring, intrusion detection/prevention). Any experience in Zero Trust architecture in cloud environments would be very desirable.
- Security Defence Centre Tools and practices.
Scripting & Automation
- Python (preferred), PowerShell, Configuration as Code principles and API integration (e.g., Microsoft Graph API)
Leadership & Strategy
- Strategic planning, innovation leadership and delivery in infrastructure and cloud security
- Budget and resource management
- Coaching, mentoring, and performance management
