Job summary

Metropolitan Gaming is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve our IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and network services. You will lead the infrastructure engineering function, set standards, review MSP plans, and partner with vendors to ensure secure, scalable operations across the business.

The role demands 7+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to modernization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years infrastructure engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with MSPs and third-party service providers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to design secure, scalable enterprise infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Infrastructure Engineering function.
• Define infrastructure standards, architectures, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Review designs and plans from MSP partners and approve changes.
• Serve as the technical liaison between internal teams and MSPs.
• Oversee lifecycle of servers, storage, virtualization, and data centre tech.
• Manage vendors and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
