As an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will create infrastructure solutions based on architecture and engineering principles, focusing on operational stability, robustness, resilience, and service availability. You will be part of the Live Services Infrastructure team, collaborating with multiple fast-paced delivery teams, test engineers, build engineers, and support teams.
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will have deep technical knowledge of the platform and understanding of various technologies and tools to create solutions using Infrastructure as Code. You will have strong experience troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues promptly to minimize service disruptions and pursue root cause elimination where possible.
You will implement robust monitoring with proactive alerting to anticipate and prevent potential incidents. You should have solid knowledge of networking, server administration, virtualization technologies, and proficiency supporting Windows and Linux operating systems.
Tools and resources include Jira for planning and tracking, SharePoint for documentation, Teams and Slack for collaboration, GitLab for code deployment, and AWS cloud services.
