Conrad Consulting Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join its Development Infrastructure team. You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of major development schemes, spanning regeneration, education, healthcare, industrial, aviation and large-scale mixed-use projects, shaping infrastructure from planning to delivery.

You’ll contribute to infrastructure masterplans, develop site-wide and plot-specific designs meeting UK standards, with emphasis on highways, drainage, SuDS

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in civil engineering.
• Experience with infrastructure masterplanning for planning applications.
• Knowledge of Section 38 and Section 278 agreements.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfoDrainage or MicroDrainage is advantageous.

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with at least five years’ experience to join its growing Development Infrastructure team in London.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of major development schemes, spanning regeneration, education, healthcare, industrial, aviation and large-scale mixed-use projects, playing a key role in shaping infrastructure solutions from the earliest planning stages through to delivery.

The position offers a varied technical workload covering highways, drainage, earthworks, utilities and enabling works. You’ll contribute to infrastructure masterplans for planning applications, as well as developing detailed site-wide and plot-specific designs that meet relevant UK standards and local authority requirements.

A strong background in highways and drainage design is essential, including flood risk assessments, surface and foul water drainage strategies, SuDS and earthworks. Knowledge of Section 38 and Section 278 agreements will also be important. Experience using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfoDrainage or MicroDrainage would be a distinct advantage.

Beyond the technical side, you’ll have the opportunity to take responsibility for project delivery, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, support the development of junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
