Pax8 is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for a hybrid role based in Farnborough (preferred) or Bristol. You will design, implement and automate infrastructure across cloud, networks and telephony, playing a key technical escalation role.

The position offers growth into AI-enabled workflows as Pax8 expands its technology services. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Security, Product and Workplace teams, and help standardise processes across UK and wider EMEA.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking and telephony.
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting ability on complex, multi-system issues.
• Solid knowledge of Azure and AWS; Google Cloud exposure is a plus.
• Strong understanding of physical/virtual networking, monitoring and recovery.
• Hands-on automation and IaC with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet or PowerShell.
• Strong Linux skills and command-line proficiency.
• Experience mentoring engineers across levels.
• Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and documenting work.
