Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking an experienced leader to helm enterprise endpoint management transformations. You will guide global programmes with 20,000+ endpoints, leveraging Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot and Defender to enable Zero Trust security.

Experience migrating from legacy platforms like SCCM/MECM and working in highly regulated sectors is essential. Strong executive communication and governance participation are required.

Required Experience

• Significant experience leading enterprise endpoint management transformations within large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record delivering global workplace transformation programmes involving 20,000+ endpoints.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management technologies.
• Experience migrating from legacy management platforms such as:
• Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
• Group Policy
• Traditional imaging solutions
• Third-party endpoint management platforms
• Experience operating within highly regulated environments such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Government.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and architecture governance forums.
• Demonstrable experience managing large-scale technology programmes with multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
