Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Infrastructure & Platform Specialist Solutions Engineer in London to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers. You will guide the Databricks deployments from architecture to production across AWS, Azure, or GCP, ensuring secure, scalable cloud environments and strong governance.

You'll work with cloud infrastructure, IaC, and networking, demonstrate live coding in Python/PySpark, and contribute to customer outcomes.

Qualifications

4+ years in solutions architecture or technical pre-sales
Cloud security, networking, IAM and compliance
Proficient in Python and PySpark
Experience with IaC tooling to build and scale cloud environments
Strong communication with technical and executive audiences
Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

Guide enterprise customers through the full lifecycle of Databricks on their cloud platform
Architect secure, scalable enterprise deployments meeting complex networking and identity requirements
Act as a technical specialist in cloud infrastructure, IaC, networking, and identity management
Support technical wins by demonstrating differentiation through custom solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs
Work with senior architects on designs and guardrails
Provide feedback on customer requirements and competitive gaps
