Job summary

Elasticsearch B.V. seeks a Senior Information Security Infrastructure Engineer to join the InfoSec - Security Architecture team.

You will own the end-to-end pipeline for security telemetry, ensuring Elasticsearch clusters remain healthy, from new data source landing to detection and operations. You will work with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm to deploy pipelines and manage ILM, CCS, and indices, while applying AI automation to reduce toil and improve incident response.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying Elastic/Elasticsearch in production.
• Strong background in data telemetry ingestion and pipelines.
• Experience with cloud and Kubernetes deployments.

Responsibilities

• Ingest security telemetry into Elasticsearch end-to-end.
• Keep the Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes clusters healthy and up-to-date.
• Use Terraform to manage cloud infrastructure and Elasticsearch resources.
• Use AI automation to reduce toil and improve operations.
• Monitor data quality, backfills, and schema consistency.
