Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Senior Information Security Infrastructure Engineer to own end-to-end security data pipelines, from ingestion to indexing, across cloud and Kubernetes-based Elastic deployments.

You will ensure health and upgrades of Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes clusters, build integrations with cloud APIs, and apply Terraform-based infrastructure as code to manage pipelines, templates, and alerts. AI-driven automation will reduce toil and accelerate incident response.

Qualifications

• Production-grade Elastic/Elasticsearch operation experience.
• Experience with ECK or Kubernetes for running Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with security telemetry and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Security telemetry ingestion into Elasticsearch via pipelines and integrations.
• Maintain health of Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes clusters.
• Manage ILM, CCS, capacity, shards and upgrades.
• Use Terraform to manage cloud infrastructure and Elasticsearch resources.
• Develop AI-assisted tooling to reduce toil and automate operations.
