Job Description:

MCS Group is seeking an Information Security Compliance Specialist to join an organization that implements world-firsts within the Cyber Security realm. This role is suitable for candidates with strong security knowledge, particularly in ISO27001 or SOC2 frameworks, and experience working within an IT audit function. The role offers opportunities to expand your skills into further areas of IT security.

The role:

• Work with a global array of Fintech and legal clients
• Audit a variety of IT estates and technologies regarding governance, risk, and compliance
• Conduct risk assessments, proactively ensure data protection, and minimize client risk
• Advise on and implement InfoSec projects considering security principles

Required to succeed:

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT audit or compliance role (ISO27001 or SOC2)
• Well-rounded knowledge of security technologies, especially cloud-based
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within an international team

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with ISO27001 or SOC2
