Job Description:

5 days a week on site in Harlow

Our client is currently undergoing transformation in their IT team. Historically, they outsourced most IT functions to a partner and had only one internal staff member. They are now aiming to bring more IT functions in-house, requiring a support professional to oversee daily IT operations.

You will report directly to the IT Director and be responsible for supporting the business at 1st and 2nd line levels. Your duties will include resolving internal support tickets, assisting users with their IT issues at your desk, issuing new equipment, providing user training on IT kits, supporting printers and label printing machines, and offering recommendations for WiFi improvements.

Skills

• 1st and 2nd line support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including M365, Teams, Active Directory, and Office 365
