Placements24 is seeking a strategic Senior Information Security Manager to lead a global cybersecurity program from a remote capacity. You will develop, implement, and manage information security to protect against threats and enable secure business operations worldwide.

You will mentor a security team, drive security strategy, ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, POPIA), and foster a proactive security culture across the organization, with a focus on resilience and risk management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Security or related field.
• 8+ years in information security with 3+ in management.
• Experience in enterprise-level security programs.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Information Security Manager to lead their cybersecurity initiatives from a remote capacity. You will lead a team of security professionals, drive security strategy, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks , risk management, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of network security, application security, cloud security, and data protection.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
