AXA UK is seeking a Senior Information Security Officer on a 6-month fixed term contract to oversee information security for project and product delivery across AXA UK Group. You will assess risk and build pragmatic controls, working with IT teams to secure solutions within AXA's risk appetite.

You will lead security initiatives, advise on third-party risk, and help strengthen security policies while maintaining effective, measurable controls.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience delivering information security initiatives, including change management and risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of issues and information requirements impacting the IT environment.
• Project management skills.
• Desirable: CISSP, CISM or MIISP certifications.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver UK security projects, enhancing controls and closing risks on time and budget.
• Form cross-department teams to support delivery and security decisions.
• Build secure solutions measurably with coverage, quantity and quality metrics.
• Provide technical consultancy on third party risk for specific solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert to the business and Security team.
• Investigate new threats and propose mitigations.
• Ensure AXA Security Policies are met and that new tech builds have net positive risk impact.
• Collaborate with UK Security to streamline processes and reduce risk.
