Job summary

AXA UK is seeking a security project lead to deliver assigned UK Security initiatives, enhance controls, and close risks on time and on budget. You will form adhoc cross-department teams to support decision making and address key security problems, while ensuring policies are followed and new tech improves risk posture.

You will work in a hybrid model with flexible arrangements, balancing office and remote work, and participate in process improvements across the UK Security team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering information security initiatives with change management and risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of IT environments and information security requirements.
• Proven project management and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Windows 11, ITIL, AI, cloud security and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UK security projects on time and within budget.
• Lead cross-department teams to support delivery and resolve security issues.
• Build secure solutions with measurable coverage, quality, and maintainability.
• Provide technical consultancy on third-party risk for specific solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert to business and security teams.
