Qualifications

• Strong information management and BIM leadership experience in heavy industry or nuclear sectors.
• Ability to develop and implement information management standards and processes.
• Proven track record coordinating internal and external delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as Information Manager on projects of small to medium scale, defining BIM and information management strategy and data integrity.
• Ensure project teams are trained in information management standards, methods, and procedures.
• Draft and maintain project reports on BIM and Information Management implementation.
• Drive development and maintenance of business processes related to information management (BS EN ISO 19650).
• Deliver positive project outcomes by applying IM and digital services to maximise client value.
• Contribute to proposals with SME guidance on IM strategy and approaches.
• Deliver high-quality work, build trust with delivery teams, and manage progress and expectations.
• Grow team capability, develop collateral, and promote BIM/IM best practices.
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement; foster internal capabilities.
