Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Information Coordinator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team supporting our Southern Water Framework based in Falmer, East Sussex.

Location: Falmer, East Sussex - some remote working available, with travel to the office required

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Information Coordinator, you'll support the Southern Water Services Framework by adopting our information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards like ISO 19650, and helping to deliver client requirements.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Kier procedures and ISO 19650 standards.
  • Delivering training sessions and providing ongoing support to all users, including clients, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Validating, classifying, and managing all project documentation within the CDE, ensuring accurate distribution and retrieval.
  • Generating reports on workflows and user activity, attending meetings, and communicating project protocols to stakeholders.
  • Fostering strong team relationships, sharing best practices, and providing cover for information coordinators during absences.

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Information Coordinator is suitable if you have:

  • Diverse and clear communication skills with experience in effective communication with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, sub-contractors, and the wider supply chain.
  • Experience working on projects with large volumes of data from various sources, preferably within a tier-one environment.
  • Competent experience with EDMS, Viewpoint For Projects preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • The ability to convey security permissions to stakeholders.
