Job Description
A Senior Information Architect plays a crucial role in designing and reviewing information structures for the applications of the insurance customer. This is a leadership position that requires a combination of analytical skills, technical expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement standardized processes, determine information flow, build data models, and suggest best practices to enhance the information architectural capabilities.
- Participate in the business and technical discussions to develop and improve the overall information architecture.
- Have an understanding of the Cloud components and translating requirements to match compatible components of the Cloud (Preferably Azure).
- Collect requirements, create designs, and collaborate with various teams to ensure the design gets implemented with necessary standards.
- Analyze business processes, provide recommendations, and conduct architectural reviews of various projects.
- Develop Information architecture assets such as data models, data dictionaries, data flows etc.
- Provide Information architect support to the wider enterprise architect community by providing inputs on best practices, evaluation of various tools and recommendations.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline; Master's degree in a related field admirable.
- At least 12-15 years of experience in data management, information architecture, data integration, data quality, data security, and consulting.
- Proficiency in technical skills such as cloud computing, and information security desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with client stakeholders, project managers, and navigate through complexities.
