A commitment to fostering meaningful relationships, driving mutual value for creators and brands, and

• Strategically expanding the lifestyle roster by identifying and acquiring top-tier talent.
• Overseeing the delivery of exceptional management services that drive value for both
creators and brands.
• Elevating the creator experience by fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth
opportunities.
• Provide tailored career guidance and growth strategies for each creator, aligned with their
personal brand and goals.
• Work cross-functionally with the agency, sales, influencer and accounts teams to deliver
seamless campaigns and initiatives.
• Represent the agency and its creators at industry events, networking opportunities, and
panels to build the agency's reputation.
• Monitor the success of partnerships and campaigns, leveraging data to provide actionable
feedback to both creators and brands.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively attract high-demand talent.

Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or related
fields within the creator economy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships with talent, brands, and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of managing high-profile talent and securing impactful brand
partnerships.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage high-profile creators, and oversee complex projects.
• Strong background in executing creator-led campaigns and partnerships with brands.
• Ability to identify trends and adapt strategies to capitalize on opportunities in the influencer
space.
• Expertise in negotiating contracts and securing win-win deals for creators and brands.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities
in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch, including
algorithms, audience behaviour, and trends.
• Strong team player who can work across departments to drive results.

Benefits
• 36 days holiday per year, including a 10-day block "reset", Christmas closure and birthday day
off.

want (Childcare, enhanced pension, healthcare, gym, Netflix, Deliveroo, you name it, it's on
there)

couples.
• Enhanced compassionate leave so you can genuinely take the time you need.
• Flexible working hours give you an earlier start for an earlier finish or a later start for a later
finish. We want you to work in a way that works best for you and your life.
• Company away days!
• Community days - we give you time off to go support a cause you believe in!
• There are plenty of clubs/societies, and if we don't have something that suits you, you can
always suggest it.
