KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Campaign Delivery: Ensure seamless, high-impact influencer campaign delivery; track and optimise campaigns for strong client returns.
  • Client Roadmap Development: Shape and evolve the client roadmap, nurture long-term relationships, and identify reactive opportunities.
  • Senior Client Relationships: Own and deepen senior client relationships, act as a key escalation point, and provide regular engagement to support Client Service & Creative teams.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Creative & Paid Social teams to maximise campaign performance and champion the influencer product across business functions.
  • Process Implementation: Develop, implement, and refine guidelines and resource planning to enhance operational efficiency; collaborate with leadership to address team challenges.
  • SOW Management: Support wider teams to define accurate, profitable SOWs.
  • Team Development: Develop and support direct reports (3), fostering a positive and productive team environment.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, platforms, influencer tiers, content formats, and ROI measurement.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate campaign performance and drive strategic decisions, communicating insights for future initiatives.
  • Reporting Proficiency: Provide actionable influencer metrics-informed reports to inform clients and elevate campaign success.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 3+ years of influencer campaign execution and experience managing at least 2 direct reports.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory for client reasons.
  • Agency experience is essential for this role.
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing high-performing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to understand and leverage collaboration opportunities with other business lines.
  • Natural problem-solver with a proactive approach to client solutions.
  • Confident, dynamic, and engaging communicator who prioritises quality work and a positive work environment.
  • Passionate about developing influencer team knowledge.
  • Immediate start availability is highly preferred.
