Job summary

Work across Growth and Brand with founders, manage budget, and shape the channel as it grows, eventually leading a small team and collaborating closely with ShopMy/Meta-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in influencer or creator marketing, with at least 2 running a programme at scale
• Experience building a repeatable creator sourcing, outreach and contracting pipeline
• Strong negotiation skills with knowledge of rates, usage rights and deal structures
• Commercially fluent: CAC, ROAS, and content-cost budgeting understanding
• Self-starter who can own a channel with minimal hand-holding
• Hands-on with tools and platforms for creator discovery and pipeline tracking
• Good eye for brand fit for a modern luxury brand

Responsibilities

• Own the creator pipeline end to end: sourcing, qualification, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, delivery and renewal at volume
• Build and maintain a tiered creator database (nano to macro) across UK/US/AU with clear criteria for gifting, payment, whitelisting and scaling
• Set and hit monthly targets for creators sourced, signed, posted and renewed; manage the funnel like a sales pipeline
• Plan and deploy the paid creator budget: fixed-fee partnerships, usage rights, performance-based deals and retainers
• Negotiate rates and rights directly with talent/agents; define CPM/CPA/usage benchmarks
• Collaborate with Growth and paid media to feed creator content into Meta and other channels and optimise spend against CAC/ROAS
• Own ShopMy affiliate programme: recruitment, commissions, activation, codes/links, revenue targets
• Run always-on gifting/seeding to generate authentic organic content and UGC across product families
• Develop brand fans into long-term advocates and affiliates
• Convert organic wins into paid partnerships and paid content into organic assets
