Qualifications

• Strong Industrials investing experience across long/short equities.
• Proven or highly credible investment track record.
• Experience managing a portfolio, sleeve or meaningful risk allocation.
• Deep fundamental research and company-analysis capabilities.
• Repeatable alpha-generation process across both long and short positions.
• Clear understanding of gross and net exposure, factor risk, liquidity and drawdown management.

Responsabilités

• Lead investment coverage across the Industrials sector.
• Manage a concentrated, fundamental equity long/short portfolio.
• Generate differentiated long and short ideas with limited reliance on market direction.
• Maintain disciplined portfolio construction and risk management.
• Develop the fund's Industrials strategy and coverage model.
• Build a team as the strategy and capital allocation grow.
