Job summary

Senior Industrial Designer role based in London’s central design studio. You will shape category-defining consumer electrical products from early sketches to production-ready solutions, working with Marketing, R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing to deliver standout products at pace.

The role emphasizes beautiful form, intelligent engineering, and meaningful user experiences, with a focus on DFM/DFA, supplier collaboration, and creating cohesive accessory ecosystems for international markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in industrial design within consumer products or consultancy environments.
• A degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
• Advanced SolidWorks skills, including complex "A Class" surfacing.
• Exceptional sketching and visual communication ability.
• Strong understanding of UX, ergonomics, and human-centred design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience producing high-end visualisations in KeyShot and/or Cinema 4D.
• Confidence managing suppliers and collaborating across global teams.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and passion for creating world-class products.

Responsibilities

• Create exciting new product concepts, rapid prototypes, and presentation models that push innovation forward.
• Translate ambitious ideas into manufacturable, premium-quality products while balancing creativity, usability, and engineering realities.
• Turn consumer insights and user needs into compelling product experiences across multiple categories.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams through workshops, development reviews, and global project meetings.
• Apply strong DFM/DFA knowledge and manufacturing understanding throughout the development process.
• Work directly with suppliers to manage timelines, maintain quality standards, and ensure flawless execution.
• Develop thoughtful accessory ecosystems, peripherals, and supporting product experiences.
• Produce polished on-product graphics, layouts, labels, and visual assets for international markets.
• Help protect and elevate brand vision from concept through to launch.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive, high-performing creative culture.
