BMC Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver large-scale industrial painting, blasting, and protective coatings projects. You will lead tender handovers, coordinate site teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple contracts.

Successful candidates will manage client relationships, drive cost control, and report on progress and forecasts. ICorr/NACE qualifications are advantageous and a strong commercial mindset is essential.

Formación

• Extensive experience managing industrial painting, blasting, and protective coatings projects.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation standards, coating systems, and inspection requirements.
• Proven leadership experience within industrial services, maintenance, shutdowns, or construction environments.
• Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and contract performance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• ICorr, NACE, or related coatings qualifications would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage multiple industrial painting and blasting projects from tender handover through to completion.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and programme milestones.
• Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and commercial updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational excellence.
