Bridewell is seeking an experienced incident responder to support the delivery and improvement of incident response services across endpoint, network, and cloud environments. You will follow triage processes, investigate incidents with senior responders, and perform forensic activities on devices and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in incident response, security operations, or digital forensics.
• Experience with digital forensics principles, including evidence preservation and chain of custody.
• Familiarity with healthcare/public sector or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support incident response services with maintained playbooks and procedures for endpoints, networks, and cloud.
• Follow triage, investigation, and escalation processes for alerts across hybrid environments.
• Investigate security incidents across endpoints, networks, and cloud platforms with senior responders.
• Containment and remediation actions; escalate complex or high-priority matters as needed.
• Forensic acquisition, preservation, examination, and analysis of digital evidence from endpoints.
• Forensic analysis of mobile devices (Android/iOS/Windows) with approved tooling.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts to ensure high-quality delivery across client environments.
• Help customers improve detection and response capabilities across their IT estate.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks per standards.
• Support threat hunts across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
• Perform initial malware analysis and assist deeper analysis during incidents.
• Share knowledge via blogs, webinars, or industry content.
• Coordinate incidents with clear updates and accurate records.
