Job summary

Montresor Legal is seeking an Employment In-House Counsel for a leading asset manager. The role focuses on reward, incentives and executive compensation, with a broad employment remit across pensions and HR policy.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5PQE in UK employment law, with exposure to executive remuneration and incentives, and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders in a commercial environment.

Qualifications

• UK employment law experience required, with 5+ years PQE.
• Experience with executive remuneration and incentive plans.
• Experience with corporate transactions, restructurings, settlements and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Advise on bonus and long-term incentive arrangements, including executive remuneration and rewards.
• Support pensions-related matters as part of broader employment remit.
• Assist on TUPE, corporate transactions, senior exits, restructurings, settlements, contracts and policies.
