Job summary

Sellick Partnership is working with a growing UK business to recruit an Interim Commercial Litigation Lawyer in Nottingham. This immediate role requires a solicitor with 5+ PQE, strong commercial litigation and broad commercial experience who can take ownership from day one.

You will handle a mix of commercial contracts, contentious matters, compliance and advisory work, with autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders and external counsel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in commercial litigation.
• Strong experience with commercial contracts and NDAs.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial litigation, disputes and contentious matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and NDAs.
• Advise on subcontractor and client agreements.
• Support compliance and general commercial legal matters.
• Assist with litigation and private commercial matters alongside external counsel.
• Manage a varied caseload and provide day-to-day legal advice to the business.
