Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Lawyer (10+ PQE) looking for a strategic in-house role where you can make a real impact? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive in-house legal team, advising on a broad range of real estate matters, with a focus on landlord & tenant, across a large commercial property portfolio.

The Role:

You will work closely with the Group Legal Estates Director, providing expert advice on all aspects of commercial property law, including:

• Lease acquisitions, renewals, variations, and disposals
• Managing a diverse property portfolio, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Acting on applications for consent, assignments, underletting, and alterations
• Advising on wayleave agreements, exclusivity arrangements, and property-related contracts
• Supporting business growth by securing new sites on the most advantageous terms
• Minimising costs and risks associated with surplus properties and dilapidations
