This is a strategic role offering the opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and contribute to the evolution of legal processes within a dynamic, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial and technology contracts, including complex and high-value agreements
• Advising on data protection and cross-border data transfer issues within contracts
• Collaborating with procurement and business teams to ensure compliance and manage risk
• Supporting the development of junior team members and improving legal processes
• Working with internal legal and compliance teams to meet due diligence and regulatory requirements
