KMPT is embarking on its biggest improvement journey and working alongside our system colleagues, we are shaping the agenda of care for Mental Health, learning disability, and autism across the county.

This Senior Improvement Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an amazing team to design and deliver that agenda, making a significant impact on patients, service users, carers, and staff.

This role will lead the delivery of training programmes, including content development and curriculum design.

Training Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Yellow Belt training to meet departmental KPIs
• Support the delivery of Green Belt training to meet departmental KPIs
• Deliver the IMS roadmap
• Lead content creation and delivery of the Improvement Management System (IMS) training for the Trust
• Identify opportunities for sharing innovations across divisions and specialties
• Develop and implement a roadmap for trust-wide capability building and ongoing coaching for staff
