Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead software implementation projects for hedge funds, asset managers, banks and brokers from our London office. You will manage end-to-end client onboarding, gather requirements, configure trading environments, and coordinate with brokers, custodians and third‑party vendors to ensure successful deployments.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial technology, software implementations, or client-facing technical support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client implementation and onboarding projects.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Configure trading environments, user accounts, permissions, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and third-party vendors throughout implementation.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver client-specific enhancements.
  • Create functional documentation, implementation plans, and operational runbooks.
  • Deliver onsite and virtual training sessions for traders, portfolio managers, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Configure trade routing, end-of-day processing, and integration workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing post-implementation support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client adoption and overall user experience.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
