Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Implementation Engineer to join our Architecture & Engineering team. In this role, you will be accountable for developing a regional deployment function to support the design, integration, and management of the client's active network platform. You’ll play a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of network services, including site design, change management, commissioning, and deployment processes. This is a hands-on, technical role suitable for someone with strong network deployment experience and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional deployment practices for new builds, augmentations, and network migrations to support timely service delivery.
• Design and maintain physical installation pack templates and processes for network changes and expansions.
• Guide engineers through network resource integration—from configuration to inventory management.
• Drive process improvements focusing on data integrity, efficiency, and automation.
• Provide subject matter expertise on network deployment, activation, and construction activities.
• Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers and contribute to building a high-performance team.
• Coordinate partner installation teams, ensure quality assurance, and uphold deployment standards.
• Collaborate with vendors to maintain a reliable supply chain.
• Manage network changes and deployments in line with technical and operational standards.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Proven experience in network deployment and planning, ideally in a multivendor environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and lead a diverse technical team.
• Familiarity with commissioning and troubleshooting tools.
• Understanding of Ethernet & IP (Layer 2 and 3 technologies).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process efficiency.
• Electrical cabling/wiring system experience.

Desirable:

• Experience with analytics and automation techniques for build processes.
• Exposure to operational quality and process improvement initiatives.
