Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is helping an award-winning software organisation hire an Implementation Consultant to join their Professional Services team in the UK. You will deliver enterprise software implementations, configuring software to meet client requirements and collaborating with technical teams.

You'll gather business requirements through workshops, configure workflows, interfaces and reports, support data migrations and provide client training.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Experience configuring business applications or software platforms.
• Background in pensions, payroll, financial services or other regulated environments.
• Understanding of business processes and workflow configuration.
• Experience with SQL Server or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Configure enterprise software solutions to meet client requirements.
• Gather and analyse business requirements through client workshops.
• Configure workflows, calculations, interfaces and reports.
• Support data migrations and system implementations.
• Troubleshoot calculation and configuration issues.

Are you an experienced Implementation Consultant with a background in software configuration, payroll calculations or finance technology?

I'm working with an award-winning software organisation that's continuing to grow following significant investment in its products and services. They're looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their Professional Services team and play a key role in delivering enterprise software solutions for major UK clients.

This is an opportunity to work on complex implementation projects, configuring software to meet individual client requirements while collaborating with technical teams and building strong customer relationships throughout the delivery lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

• Configuring enterprise software solutions to meet client requirements
• Gathering and analysing business requirements through client workshops
• Configuring workflows, calculations, interfaces and reports
• Supporting data migrations and system implementations
• Troubleshooting calculation and configuration issues
• Delivering client training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Working closely with internal Product, Development and Professional Services teams

What we're looking for

• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions
• Experience configuring business applications or software platforms
• Background within pensions, payroll, financial services or another highly regulated environment
• Understanding of business processes and workflow configuration
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server / SQL
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
