Job summary

FMG Repair Services in Accrington is seeking an experienced Senior Panel Technician for the workshop. You will repair across all panel disciplines and complete jobs from start to finish, upholding high workmanship and safety standards.

The role offers an up to £24 per hour rate plus uncapped bonuses and a supportive, busy team environment in a leading repair group under ZIGUP.

Qualifications

• ATA/IMI or NVQ accreditation is desirable but not essential.

As a Panel Technician, you'll be capable of carrying out repairs across all panel disciplines, completing repairs from start to finish. You'll take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring every vehicle is repaired safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Panel Technician who:

• Has proven experience across all panel repair disciplines, including repairing and replacing full and quarter panels, welding and jig work.
• Can work independently, completing repairs from start to finish to a consistently high standard.
• Delivers exceptional workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
• Thrives in a busy, team-focused workshop environment.
• Holds ATA/IMI accreditation or NVQ qualifications (desirable, but not essential).
