Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a boutique wealth planner, asset manager, and employee benefits specialist based in London. They are looking to recruit a Private Client IFA Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Intelligent Office.

Purpose of role

This role will support the Central Administration Team in ensuring the efficient use of Intelligent Office (iO). It involves project work related to data integrity, process maintenance, and technical support for client-facing admin teams. The role has potential to develop into a more senior position over 2-3 years as part of a succession plan.

Accountabilities:

Working with the Group Administration Manager and Data & Systems Coordinators, responsibilities include:

  • Supporting effective use of iO to enhance client service and efficiency
  • Providing administration support to client-facing teams
  • Creating and delivering training documentation
  • Collaborating with the Compliance Department to meet process requirements
  • Supporting MI reporting
  • Liaising between accounts and admin teams

Experience and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in financial services administration or operations within the independent sector
  • 2-3+ years’ experience with Intelligent Office in an IFA administration role
  • Strong presentation skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of FCA rules and compliance
  • A CII Certificate level qualification or similar financial qualification is advantageous
