Are you an experienced financial planning administrator looking for a Senior IFA Administrator role in central Birmingham with hybrid working?

Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this wealth management practice is seeking a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to support a Financial Adviser.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Processing new business, including fund switches, pension transfers, top-ups, and income payments.
  2. Maintaining up-to-date client records.
  3. Booking annual review meetings.
  4. Preparing letters of authority.
  5. Preparing meeting packs for client reviews.
  6. Onboarding new clients, setting up records, and completing GDPR & AML requirements.
  7. Handling client queries.
Candidate requirements:
  1. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  2. Relevant experience within an IFA environment.
  3. Experience with Enable and Fidelity would be advantageous.
  4. Ability to manage workload effectively.
  5. Capable of working independently when remote.
