Qualifications

• Previous experience working as IFA Administrator, IFA Client Support, or Wealth Management Administrator is essential.
• Experience across the market including Trusts, Bonds, Investments, and Pensions is desirable.
• Ideally experience using related software tools.

Responsibilities

• Producing client meeting documentation for the Financial Advisor.
• Creating new business packs for various products.
• Processing fees related to new and ongoing business.
• Completing anti-money laundering checks.
• Responding to client and adviser queries.
