Job Description:

Senior IFA Administrator - Dorking

We are looking for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join our client's team based in Dorking, Surrey. This position involves supporting one IFA with all areas of administration, including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison. The role requires the use of different CRM systems and platforms (including Intelligent Office).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Business Support Team in client propositions.
  2. Manage appointment scheduling for Premium Support Consultants and additional requests promptly.
  3. Update the back-office system to ensure accurate client data and information.
  4. Maintain compliant files with all documents stored on the client's Document Management/workflow and diary system for quick staff access.
  5. Prepare client valuations for annual reviews and in line with the Client Service Agreement, including invoicing for additional services.
  6. Process servicing tasks according to the Client Service Agreement, invoicing for extra requests as needed.
  7. Handle work efficiently and accurately to ensure timely Client Services and target achievement.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and third parties through regular communication.
  9. Participate in project work to meet company goals and targets.
  10. Support colleagues to distribute workloads and meet team objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Essential: Administration and customer service experience.
  2. Beneficial: Telephone-based experience.
  3. 5-10 years of Financial Services experience.
  4. Experience in life and pensions environment preferred.
  5. Qualifications are desirable, or willingness to study.
  6. Diploma qualification or working towards it.

This is a full-time, office-based role near Dorking. Hybrid working may be considered after a successful 6-month probation period.
