Senior IFA Administrator - 6 Month FTC

NJR Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing financial planning business in their search for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident and driven administrator with a strong understanding of the advice process. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth delivery of client-focused, compliant financial planning support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a lead administrator, supporting advisers and mentoring junior team members
  • Submit new business applications, manage client files, and liaise with providers
  • Process pension applications, investment transactions, drawdown requests and Letters of Authority
  • Generate illustrations and prepare documentation for client reviews
  • Maintain CRM records (Intelligent Office experience preferred)
  • Ensure documentation is completed accurately and to agreed service levels
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational effectiveness
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay informed on industry changes and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an IFA / wealth management support role
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and platforms
  • Confident using industry systems; Intelligent Office experience is highly desirable
  • Organised, with great attention to detail and time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
